How WageBrew collects, uses, and protects your data
Effective Date: May 26, 2025
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how WageBrew, Inc. (“WageBrew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related products or services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you consent to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Information that identifies or can be used to identify you (e.g., name, email, address, phone number, payment info).
Non-Personal Information (NPII): Aggregated or anonymized information that cannot be used to identify you (e.g., analytics, app usage, or device data).
Cookies and similar technologies help us analyze trends, administer the Service, track user movements, and gather demographic information. Most browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
We maintain industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, and limited employee access based on business need. However, no system is completely secure — you use the Service at your own risk.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or personal information at any time (see Section 10).
The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, apps, or APIs. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Any data shared through them is governed by their respective privacy policies.
We may combine your usage information with that of other users to produce aggregated insights about market trends, performance patterns, and product usage. Aggregated data is fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@wagebrew.com.
WageBrew does not knowingly collect or maintain information from anyone under 18 years of age, and the Service is not directed to minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
WageBrew is based in the United States and the Service is intended for U.S. users. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
WageBrew is not currently subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), but we honor valid data access and deletion requests where feasible. EU or U.K. residents who believe WageBrew has collected personal data may contact us at support@wagebrew.com.
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest revision. Material updates will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
